Services and Terms

‘Door to Door' service is by our excellent taxi/ minibus associates. All passengers will be taken to the nearest or most convenient joining point on the executive coach's route, usually Dereham, Swaffham, King's Lynn, Downham Market or Ely. This service is provided at no extra charge within the area defined on the map. Passengers outside this area may be asked to pay a small supplement (details on request).

Executive Coaches: 49 seaters with driver and courier. Onboard WC facilities, tea, coffee provided, seat belts and where required, video entertainment. All are regularly inspected and comply with all safety regulations.

West Norfolk Travel Manager: all of our coach holidays will be accompanied by an experienced travel manager to ensure the personal well-being of our clients. When necessary further couriers/ guides will be provided for some of our more detailed itineraries.

Travel Insurance: all passengers must be in possession of holiday insurance. We will be pleased to quote according to destination, duration, age and any ongoing medical conditions. Please ask for details.

Passports and visas: for all holidays outside the UK, you must hold a valid passport. Some countries may require a visa too. Please check with us when booking.

Booking Conditions: all holiday bookings must be confirmed by signing a booking form and adhering to the conditions stated. The signature on the booking form agrees and takes responsibility for all passengers named on the form.

West Norfolk Travel is a member of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA W2312) and the Association of Independent Tour Operators. It is fully bonded by ABTA both as a Tour Operator and a Retail Travel Agency.
